The level of detail contained on the survey plan can include, beyond the minimum standard, site information such as topography, utilities, building locations and dimensions, FEMA flood hazard information, zoning information and much more, depending on the client’s needs. The content and standards of all ALTA surveys are bound by the “2016 MINIMUM STANDARD DETAILREQUIREMENTS FOR ALTA/NSPS LAND TITLE SURVEYS” as adopted by the American Land Title Association and the National Society of Professional Surveyors.
